Tri-M Music Honor Society Poinsettia Sale
The Tri-M Music Honor Society is a student organization created to provide support to the students of South Western High School Music Department. For the past several years, the group has been able to present scholarships to deserving SWHS Music students. In an effort to do so again, we are offering the opportunity for you to purchase poinsettias in honor or in memory of a loved one, family member, or friend.
The 6” red poinsettias are available for $12.00 each. They will be used to decorate our holiday concerts on Saturday, December 15th at 7:00p.m. and Sunday, December 16th at 2:30p.m. Following either performance, you may take your purchased poinsettia with you.
Please download, complete, and have your child return the below order form to their Music Director. All orders are due no later than Friday, November 16th.
At our October General Membership Meeting, the membership approved the Boosters moving to a new management software, Flipcause. Flipcause will provide the Boosters a better way to manage our many activities and functions, including our website. Welcome to our new site!
One of the changes you will notice is that many of our tools that previously sent you to other sites (our shopping cart, membership application, etc.) are now incorporated into this site with no need for visitors to leave. In the future, event ticketing will also be migrated to this platform and will no longer require attendees to go to the Yapsody site (we are keeping Yapsody for the 2018 Holiday Concerts, so as to not spring a new system on everyone at the last minute).

The Fall 2018 Spirit Wear is now on sale until September 26th. Delivery of orders will be the week of October 22nd.
Spirit Wear is great for members of every musical ensemble and discipline.

Attached you will find an order form for this year's Spirit Wear. For those of you perhaps not familiar with Spirit Wear, it is t-shirts and other clothing items with the Music Department logo. This is great for members of all ensembles, family, and friends to show their Music Department Spirit! Orders are due by March 5th.
The executive board proposed several changes to the Constitution. These changes revolve around formalizing existing procedures for handling the organization's finances and maintaining accountability and transparency. The changes also bring us in line with other non-profit organizations similar to ours.
A copy of the constitution is attached below for review. A vote will be taken at the March meeting to approve these changes.
